OUTREACH 500 Update 27th Novwmber 2006 The photos (expertly snapped by a real photo-pro) were taken at the Racetec workshop in Ballarat. Steve Carter built and partially supports the Outreach 500 racecar for this season. Steve's a fantastic welder and machinist and his work in this area is 'second to none'. Steve's aided in his work by two young and enthusiastic employees and his workshop is 'Petrol-Head Heaven' (or so I'm led to believe by Kev's enthusiasm). Steve's wife, Kathy, runs the office and does all the bookwork, as well as creating imaginative signwork. As you can see from the photos, there's a steady stream of cars of varying types being created and dispatched from Ballarat.
